Ms. Ritu Kaura (DIN No - 10464100) is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of your Company. Ms. Kaura has over 27 years of experience in leading and managing Mutual Fund operations. Ms. Kaura is presently working as Assistant Vice President @ CAMSFinserv, a subsidiary of holding Company CAMS (Computer Age Management Services Ltd.). She has sound understanding of the principles of Customer Relationship Management & Customer Value Management. She is a strategist cum implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading projects / business with an aim to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully.
