Amit Kumar Verma is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 1, 2024. Mr. Verma is a seasoned professional with over two decades of rich experience in finance, taxation, fund raising, financial reporting, compliance & control and treasury management. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing key financial functions including business strategy, banking and treasury, financial planning, annual budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and taxation and has been instrumental in handling complex direct and indirect tax litigations and standardizing processes.

Mr. Verma is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in law and business administration, along with various certifications, including International Financial Reporting Standards from ICAI. He has been associated with the Company since January 2010. Prior to joining the Company his professional experience includes roles at CNBC TV18, MTNL, and Ray & Ray Chartered Accountants.
